hey, my sound is not working in my divx file.. what program can i use to make this work? i have used vlc but still it does not work... i know the file has got sound beacuse i have played it in another computer....

Do you have the correct audio codec installed, one way to check this is to get GSPOT look in the downloads section on this site.

yes i have downloaded it its very confusing :S...

and yes i think its the codec because i have played in in media played however it says a "error downloading codec" how can i resolve this prob?

aahh i think i need this adio codec "WAVE_FORMAT_AC3" =is there a way of downloading it and downloading it?

Not sure but you could try the nimo codec pack http://www.divx-digest.com/software/nimo_pack.html it does contain ac3 codecs.
