Azureus on a University network

I have used Azureus at home without a problem. But now I've moved my computer to uni and put it on their network, Azureus wont connect anymore.

Port test gives "Unable to test" even at really high values like 51534 for example.

I'm guessing there is a firewall on the uni network, does anyone know how Azureus might be able to work along side their firewall?
