Just bought this DVD and wnted to make a backup of the movie only.
When I re-author in shrink there is 2 main movies exact same size.
They are both full screen and ther is different angle.
Has anyone seen this before.

Hi there,

If you play the DVD, do you get to choose something like

UNRATED and RATED version ?

Sometimes there will be a director's cut, so a full movie with a few different scenes.

Is there any menus that gives you a choice when you play it in your DVD player ?

Got the same 2 movie version thing with The Bridge of San Luis Rey, R1. I posted a question over on the cdfreaks forum but nobody has answered yet.

Maybe your movie simply does have two different real versions on it but The Bridge of San Luis Rey has an unexpected SAME length, same version duplicate with the noted-in-the-post differences.

Yhere is no option in menu to select different cuts of the movie.There is also no rated or unrated choice.

Easiest solution is to just jump-in and choose to burn one or the other titleset. Play the backup on your standalone player and if you chose the wrong titleset then just back it up again with the other TS. all you've wasted is a single disk.
