i am at a university and we are all on the same network, i downloaded the peerguardian and blocked everything. i jsut want to know if i can still get caught downloading torrents and music. please help me.

i dowloaded that Azureus but can not get it to work. i jsut get the red smiley face on the left when i try to dl anything evn the updates from Azureus it says im not connected to a peer. if you are online and can help me my aim handle is nismo300zx91.
