Greetings I just purchased 1Click yesterday. I downloaded DVD43 as instructed. I wait for the green smiley face, lauch 1 Click but keep getting this error. I've contacted their support and have nothing elese running and have even deleted then reloaded DVD43 any suggestions????

Error 1: This DVD is encrypted. 1Click Dvd Copy cannot copy encrypted movies. If you are using a decrypter, you may need to restart it before running 1ClickDvdCopy.

You may first play the movie for a minute or so after you see the green face, then close the media player program and run 1 Click to see if it's better. DVD43 is free, but doesn't always work. You may try AnyDVD instead.

Or if freeware is what you prefer, there're always Decrypter, Shrink etc. to choose from.

Good luck!

Thanks for your quick response, its appreciated. On the recommendation of a friend I used AnyDVD and it worked just great! Are you aware of any issues using AnyDVD with 1ClickDVDCopy?

It's a very popular program and shouldn't have any problems running in the background. So don't worry.

all these problems and DVD Shrink does the job just as good as the above in my opinion and it will back up 99% of all dvds,DVD Decrypter DVD Shrink and Nero that is all you need unless you want professional quality backups then it is dvd re-builder and CCE.
