DVD43/Nero recode problem

When I try to copy with recode, the icon turns green but Recode gives a "DVD copy protected" error. Updated DVD43, same thing. uninstalled and reinstalled nero(Version 6 reloaded), same thing. Funny thing is it works fine when I use DVD shrink. Anyone seen this before?

Oh yeah, I forgot to add that i tried playing the disc for a few minutes first, and that didn't work either. Downloaded AnyDVD, exactly the same thing happens. Other discs work with Nero, no problem. Could it be new CSS on this particular disc? But then why would Shrink work??
