Taking over 2 hours to burn?

Attempted to use DVD shrink and 1clickDVD. But its taking over 2 hour to download, and then 2 hours to burn. Usually only takes only 20 min for both. Should DMA be Enable to Disabled? Does it make a difference? How do I enable it if so?

DMA should be enabled yes rebooting should do it .also make sure your system is clean ,disc cleanup and defrag

what are your pc stats?
have you done a defrag lately to fix the clutter on your drive?
what are you doing during the encoding process?
have you added anything to your system to upset the balance?
