i just started using this program getting ready for when i get the new ipod. but i keep getting more than 1 file when i rip the movie is there a setting i can change so i get 1 or 2 files not 3 or 4 files.

What mode are you ripping in?

What file format system is your hard drive formated in, is it FAT32 format or NTFS format?

as temj asked what file system are you using FAT32 or NTSC cause FAT32 can only handle smaller files where NTSC can handle larger ones.

What option are you ripping the movie with? File? ISO READ?

If you go into your settings you can change how DVD Decrypter will split your files. TOOLS/SETTINGS now go to each of the tabs and see what the settings are set for file splitting. The reason it my be doing this is cause you have FAT32 file system on your Hard Drive and can only handle smaller file sizes

Then open up DVD Decrypter and go to TOOLS/SETTINGS/ISP READ MODE TAB/ then in file splitting make sure its set to auto and it shouldnt split the file if you have NTFS file formate
