Hi all, I was just wondering if its common when downloading films on bt to have like a second or even two second sound delay ? Most films I download are perfectly fine but recently I hit a patch of downloading a few where the picture doesn't match the sound. Just curious if this is common?
Thanks

I don't think it is anything you are doing wrong. you could fiddle around and try different media players, but it could just have been the way it was ripped. When you got that particular film, did you get the 700mb(ish) .AVI version? because normally, movies ripped in that format and in that size range are the good quality ones, and they don't have any sound lag.

Yes it was that type size version or somethin similar. What I originally thought was, when I was dl it, I scaned my pc with anti-virus, and I thiught maybe it triggered a slight delay when it was goin thru files. Prob a silly thought, but any chance of that you reckon? Yeah like I said in my post to you on a diff subject, I learned a lot from yourself and many others at AD and learned what I needed to know at the time, but now I want to expand on diff things and learn some more really. Oh yeah, and I just got married recently, so there goes some more valueable time lol.

I think it was maybe just an incorrectly ripped file.. I get them sometimes. Just a slight audio lag. But it has nothing to do with your computer and there is no way you could have affected it by scanning with anti-virus...:)
