Ok so basically i'm gonna mod my PS1 controller to work on my pc. its gonna use the LPT port and will be powered using molex connectors.

Yeah the proccess doesnt look that hard, until i got to the power. Now im not positive which wires on the power supply are +5V and 0V and +9V. I am assuming that the red is +5V and the black is 0V, but what about the +9V wire? is that the yellow one? Thanks!

All you had to do was go to Radio Shack and they sell a adapter to convert the ps2 pad into a usb. Its only ten bucks. So ya just wasted a perfectly good controller. Shame....:>

Thanks ddp...so then is there a +9V wire?....and you also said that black is ground....which is the same as 0V right?

no 9v at all & ground can be 0v
