Hello there folks I need some wisdom I seriously need to decrease the amount of noise coming out of my pc, I bought all my parts myself and I'm using the intel stock cooler for the lga775 problem is my brother bought a pc from dell same specs and I cannot hear it. I seriously cannot tell the difference between on or off, he has a 120mm fan at the front of the case and a huge heatsink but I would like to know without trying the heatsink because I can't find them that big how well does water cooling work out and if the fan clocks to 2700rpm like on my cpu cooler now would it sound as disgustingly awful it's like a hoover jesus christ I'm interested in buying http://www.moddin.net/review.asp?ReviewID=195&PageNo=0 - it looks cheap and spiffy and has a good review does anyone recommend it sorry for being a drag and I appreciate any help given thanks tons.
