my dear friends,for the last two years i my wife has been using winmx to download music from which she found easy and reliable to do.obviously that has now closed so i have been trying other p2p i.e lime wire for which she is getting very pigged off with because there are too many files she downloads that are not what they say.bit torrents arent an option because i am not very shall we say advanced and she is even more technically challenged!!.can anyone please tell me another peer to peer that is very easy to use and reliable?thankyou.

I find that limewire is the best for single songs, but you could also try emule or ares. Their pretty much all the same. Bit torrent is where it's at. Lots of guides here on how to set it up. Try it you might like it.

You don't need to be a tech savvy to use bittorrent. check the guide on the bottom of my sig.

hi there, i used to download movies with win mx but i found out a very good review on download movie sites and i tried some of these sites listed with success, this is the url:

I tend not to use BitTorrent for single songs. For this purpose, I use eDonkey2000. You can connect to a good server, and search for the single song. The best thing is, it will cross reference file names to determine if the file you are downloading is a fake. When seraching, I have files sorted in descending order by availability (the number of sources). I have not come across a fake file in AGES using this software. I would highly recommend it.

It's already been taken care of. There is no need for anybody to be banned. That sig was from when I first joined the forum. I think I posted a few times, and I haven't posted since until just recently. I think it was about a year or more. I don't even really remember why I put that as my signature. I guess I was agitated. Nonetheless, my signature was already changed. ;)
