Could somebody please help me? When I try to burn something it asks me to save it on my hard drive as an image file why?!?!?!?!!??!?!?!?!?! When the image file is ready I try to burn it but then it asks me to save it again, and the same thing repeats each time I make an attempt to burn, PLEASE HELP ME, it is driving me NUTS

Click recorder - choose recorder and make sure that your writer is selected and that image recorder isnt!

Well, when i want to choose recorder all is in the list is Image Recorder

What version of nero do you have i had a similar problem with an early version of 5.5.10.X, 5.5.10.7b fixed it but if this isnt the case then it may be that you have an oem version of nero that only supports one specific cd writer, did the problem just start recently or has nero always had this problem for you ??

No my pc is new I bought with a burner already installed, and Nero never recognised it, with Easy Cd creator it works but I want Nero to make some VCD"S

So you got both nero and easy cd creator with your computer??? ok now thats odd because both of them on one machine can cause a lot of trouble. Maybe you could try VCDEasy to burn the vcds??
