I started this question in the thread about Batman Begins but I thought I might have strayed far enough off that a new general thread was needed since the question applies to more than just one DVD.
I have a DVD that I am working on, in this case Batman Begins Extra Disc. When you select options in the menu they change color from the white to orange to let you know which option you have chosen. When I try to make a backup of the disc the colors have been removed so there is no way to know which option you have chosen. The disc works and plays fine but without the colors to aid you, you are navagating blind in the menus. Is there a way either way through MenuEdit or some program to add the color back in? Why has the color being removed in the first place? I checked both the DVDShrink version, the DVD Clone version and even the DVD Decrypted version and they all have the color removed. Any ideas?
