Strange error backing up Constantine

I tried backing up Constantine and get a strange error.

DVDecrypter seems to back it up with no problems, but then when I use NERO 6 to burn it to a DVD-R DL, it says:

Backup file VTS_03_0.BUP should be identical to VTS_03_0.INF
DVD-Video files compliance test failed

Before, I got a different error... that a file wasn't referenced...

Either way, it won't burn

File VTS_01_0.VOB is not referenced and should not be present
DVD-Video files relocation failed

Why wouldn't you just burn with decrypter?

Yeah Decrypt is more suited to burn DLs, or so I've heard from other ADers, I don't personally burn them myself.
