dvd drive doesnt like it when i change discs!

this is an odd problem but one ive had before,(i had to reinstall windows to fix it last time)

anyway when i boot up pc with any disc in drive my pc reads it no bother but if i try to change this disc and go into my computer to acsess it ,it just has the name of the PREVIOUS disc.the machine obvoiusly cant ascess autoplay in this state but i can explore the disc.

any ideas its really confusing and bloody annoying
