how do i make a cd with this format wma 9 . i have this pioneer amp and it supports wma9 how do i make a disc with wma9 so that it sends my amp a flag //signal

Connect your WMA compatible DVD player to the amp with either Toslink/Optical or Coaxial cable.

As far as the CD-R/RW just burn a data disc (data-CD) that contains WMA files. The key is your DVD player must be able to send the info to your receiver, you must make sure it is setup correctly (in the menu). Set the digital output on the DVD player to output a "Bitstream" not a "PCM" stream.
