2 things, was wondering how to use dvd2svcd and cce 2.5 for creating vcds, the tutorial by chickenman for creating svcd,s using this was great , was wondering if there were the same for vcd's using these platforms. Also, what is the best sight for downloading avi files faster than 58 bits per second?

DO NOT USE CCE SP FOR VCD!!!!!!

CCE SP is great for mpeg-2 encoding but for mpeg-1, geez it really sucks. You get an incredibly blocky picture!
