is it jus me or r downloads goin relly slow?

well i just signed on with "rogers" internet highspeed and well i was uisng bitcomet and my downloads wud go up to 20/kb and then drop to like 5/kb and even 0/kb. So i thought it mite have been bitcomet because i had problems with it before, so i downloaded azureus and they are still going really slow. i checked if i had a worm a virus and i don't. I'm explaining everything to see if u guys can help me better :)

LOL about the two posts for attention thing.

If you have read other threads, according to many other members, it turns out Rogers now blocks P2P programs including torrents, so the only way to get faster downloads would be to change your ISP.

Not really true! if u use bitcomet 0.60 and go to settings/connection/advance and set "protocol header encrypt" on always you should download fast again.
but i think that some of the peers or seeders need to have it on aswell
