i am only runing 10kb/s if i'm lucky it takes me 4 days just 2 download a 1.90G game can some one help plz!!

What kind of Internet do you have, who is your ISP. Also check if you have somekind of firewall on.
u might also try opening up some ports.

How many seeds do you have on this download? If you only have a few, it is unlikely you will get great speeds.
