hi, not matter what program i use either nero or winavi, or dvd santa, my computer will not encode properly, on nerovison express it stops, on winavi it judders every scene, when put on to dvd, badsanta just stops. when i go through several links to get to the problem, i alway finish up at the same answer c++runtime error, winavi says replace the file msvcrt.dll in windows, i have downloaded it, but cant install it, cause windows is running, ive tried to do it in safe mode also but it wont let me change it, please can someone tell me how to do this, or why my computer just wont encode. thanks
