I know that there are plenty of bit torrent sites and p2p sites but I read some where that China has many of the dvd pressing machines used to make commercial dvd's and that their "bootleg" copies of Hollywood's newly released theatrical releases are better quality then the videos you get on p2p networks where the video was recorded on a handheld device. First I want to know if the above statement is true and I wish to know if there is a way to get some of these copies?

but your local market or ebay you will find them if you search hard enough
on ebay they usually are shipped from hong kong/china...

Uhhh where do you think the Release Groups (CTP,maVen, CLOWNS etc) get their 'sources' for their releases (TS,Cams etc)? Alotta of em use the same China/Asian bootlegs aka Silvers you are talking about. So the quality isnt any different than the versions you can get off P2P (unless the rls grp has no talent/no ability and screwed up the rls)

as for Chinese/Asian bootlegged DVDs, their quality isnt topnotch. the discs themselfs are usually of poor quality, the labelling is often pressed on wrong, in Chinese or whatever language, coloring is messed up. Can cause the disc to be unbalanced thus unreabable by your dvdplayer.

Anywho, yes its true China/Asia does have near commercial bootleg DVDs and New Hollywood released movies (often known as Silvers). search around the Net, you might stumble across a site that specializes in selling/offering em. EBay not the best place to look since they frown upon such items and generally forcibly remove it from auction/sale

and dude....if u can get hooked up wit real chinese ones not american bootlegs, they aint shit quality unless they cams...if they already oout on dvd then they full quality shit
plays in all dvd players
actuallly jus as good as our real ones
