Both the review in Anandtech.com and the information on the board on newegg.com say that the board has SIX SATA II connectors.

I can't imagine that ALL of this model of board don't have these connectors. This is from newegg.

holy s--t red the manual wrong.it states that the sata slot is backwards comp. with sata 1.i thought it said that it is sata 1 and it is not compatible with sata2.omg what an arsehole i am....im so sorry....and i made senior,got to read better think i need glasses.....damn im stupid....sorry dog

I was just trying to save you some $$$ and time. Also the nF4 SATA/RAID controller flies and is more scalable than most. In other words, it doesn't start to run out of gas after just two drives in Raid 0, three drives is nearly THREE times as fast as one, four about 3.5 times faster. My board also has a SLI raid controller, but it is SATA I and runs out of juice after two drives in Raid 0, so I just disabled it in bios to speed boot time by a few seconds.
I'm going to get another Raptor and make a Raid 0 boot. I wish I'd known about the scalability of the nF4 controller, I'd never have spent the money on the Raptor, but now that I got one I'm sort of locked in, unless I sell it and that's more trouble than its worth to me. Any good SATA II on the nF4 controller in Raid 0 will fly, so three cheap disks will leave one expensive disk in the dust.

hey dog,
somethings wrong,help...lol...i installed all the drivers and fresh windows.made the disc of nvraid\sata drivers and installed them.i configured the drives for striping.am i right so far?but the disc seem like they are in raid 0+1 cause i only see 250gbs of the 500gbs i have.when i press f10 i can see the two discs,when i look in control panel,they say they are there,and i did a speed test,sata 2 300 mb per second on the discs and they are both masters.how do i fix?its really fast like this but no drive space.think it boots in 10 secounds or less.from shut down to restart, crazy fast.there is so much stuff in the bios,on the desktop to play with that it will probably take me to christmas to get this jet engine off the ground...lol....peace

Well I don't have your board, so it's hard to say. On my board, I first enable the SATA channels in the bios as either RAID enabled or not. Then prior to boot I hit F-10 and set up the array by adding disks as either striped, mirrored or both. Here's how you do it on a nF4 DFI board.

Since it is nF4 and SATA drives, maybe it'll be of some help. If not, you'll need to find an ASUS forum to ask for info.
