I belong to a newsgroup site and I downloaded the Resident Evil 4 Game's ISO, now when I burn it with Alcohol 120% is works all good, and I have the swap disk program which is just like a mod chip but external. Anyways when I load up the game it works but the picture is all flippy and black and white, is this a problem with the burning or this there any way to remedy this??
it's the wrong region version of the game you downloaded... if you have swapmagic 3.3 or 3.6 just set the video mode to PAL if you have an NTSC ps2 or set to NTSC for PAL ps2.
I need help I have done everything on these forums to burn the game using DVD Decrypter iso read / iso write but evertime I try it with 2 different playstaion ( magic swap plus version 3.6 ) one with flip top ( older model no mod chip ) one with newer slimline ps2 it keeps saying not a valid ps2 disc ? what am I doing wrong ? also burned to DVD-R at slow speed
Ok I used the DVD Dycrypter to copy the Madden 05 game just to test and get use to it. It seemed that everything was doing good and enfact it said that it completed everything. But when I click on the DVD after I finished burning it, it seemed like it didn't have any file on them. Is this normal or did I use the wrong media. I used a Maxwell DVD+R to copy the game. I followed all the directions that I was given. Also when I used the DVD Dycrpter Madden 05 was opened with the program called RecordNow (something like a orange Sonic logo). Would someone please be helpful and give me the step by step guide for copying/burning ps2 games, to playing the on the console with the Magic Swap Flip Top. I would appreciate it. I know that this is on here but its just on different fourms. It would be better if everything were on a forum by itself. Thanks.

as far as using swap magic
put in swap magic DVD (for most games are DVD based)
when the load screen comes up then open the fliptop and put in
your back up, press X
If it is a game from a different region then you may have to set the screen mode on the main Swap Magic screen to match the game, you will know you have to do this if it comes up in black & white or the screen is flipping.
You need some type of modification done to your system inorder for it to play, then you have to burn the game sucessfully. Try the 1st link that have under my name for futher assistance.
please help, i just got the swap magic disc and slidder, finally realized how that works...lol, but now how do i copy a game, i have clone cd but for some reason it didnt work, is there another way or am i doing it wrong?
