i have a e-machinet2893 and i am using a pioneer 106a dvd writer
i can not get the writer too play any back-up disk iam using maxwell, sony, tdk ,verbatium,and none of them will play.

Will it playback commercial DVDs?
Will it play CDs?

I'm asking since the 106 is an older burner and maybe the reading laser has gone south.

power dvd, AnyDVD..and directx9... and FFDShow filter...

that pretty much...It will plays everything
