I just downloaded PeerGuardian2. I downloaded it because I have been downloading and uploading a lot more recently off of BT. I want to know how to set it up or do I just let it go. I checked all the boxes except Education.

Also, I looked at the log and found the Federal Bureau of Investigation and I'm kinda nervous now and it's highlighted in blue. What does that mean and am I at any risk?

If its highlighted in blue then it means that that connection has been blocked which is good. Dont want the FBI looking round on your computer :)

The amount of blocked i.p's can vary massively. You can go without getting one for up to 5 mins, even when downloading at some times. Whereas at other times you can get 100 or more in that time...
