(Unable to recover TOC) error using DVD Decrypter


Im trying to create a back up copy of True Crime streets of New York, it creates the ISO fine but when i switch to write and insert the blank disc it gives me that error message..

Can anyone help?

This can sometimes be related the media that you're using. What brand and type (-R +R) are you using? What is the brand, model number, and firmware version for your burner? If you want you can download DVD Identifier (see the link in my signature below) and get the disk media code. Simply place the disk in your burner and click the Identify button. The burner brand, model and firmware can be obtained from DVD Identifier or DVD Decrypter. The firmware number usually follows the name of the burner.
