DVD+R Max FForward 2x - No Rew

Hi

I have a Sony DVD+RW DRU-120A and use Infiniti professional DVD+R Media.

I successfully use DVDit! PE 2.5 to author DVD's (converted from DivX) and NeoDVD Standard to burn them.

I dont have any problems at all with this process, and the resulting DVD's play perfectly in my standalone player. BUT (theres always a BUT...LOL) the DVD's will only fast forward at 2x and wont rewind at all in the standalone player.

The bitrate of my DVD's are between 4000-6000 depending on movie size.

I have tried the DVD's on other standalone players and get the same problem.

Why should this be? I cant see anything that I'm doing wrong.
