Hey, much like everyone else I got a 360 and am streaming songs to it. My problem is that most of the songs that I've downloaded aren't tagged correctly. Does anyone know of program that can cycle through all the songs and assign them correctly? I really don't want to manually go through and assign them. Or have any other ideas for me? Thanks alot.

The only way tagging programs can automatically tag your files is if they are complete albums in separate folders. Taggers then connect to the freedB to get info about your album and then automatically tag the files.

The best program out there that does this is Tag&Rename. It is very easy to use (windows explorer-like) and also has TONS of features. It is well worth the $30, although I beleive the trial version last for 30 days...

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:

I can't tell when you say streaming and downloaded whether you mean you d/l the songs from some p2p network or are truly streaming audio to your 360 - if you are recording streaming audio (i.e. audio that you can hear through your speakers) you can check out Replay-Music which cuts individual songs into mp3 files and does a fairly good job of identifying them - depending on the music source you are using - something like musicmatch or launchcast work pretty well. and, since you are allowed to "memorialize" stuff that happens in your life, you can record the songs legally.
