how do i get it so that it can get in the green it dosent go past yello and im not geting any fater than 20KB/s witha cable modem

firstly hello

what bt client are you using ?

yellow usually means that its a NAT/FIREWALL issue
you can do a NAT/FIREWALL test using your options on the bt client

i would and im sure others would agree that you should use
Azureus (currently use it no probs)
Utorrent (havent used it myself)

any other problems post back
