Does anybody have any experience with this newsgroup? If so, does it have all categories (movies, games, music, etc)?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Giganews is one of the most respected and trusted Newsgroup services out there. Ive only used their Trial period (cause I was cheap and didnt like their pricing). Service was kickass, fast realible great retention rate (upto 60 days now I believe). Only issue Ive been hearing/reading about Giga is that they have a tendency to cap/kick heavy users (users that download on a massive scale in a month) Dunno how true that is, you'd hafta to either ask Giga that themselfs or search other forums (Slyck.com's Usenet/Newsgroup forum might help)

as for having ll categories (movies, games, music, etc), Giga has access to all of the above plus more :P their uncensored thus you get access to whatever newsgroups your heart desires

Thanks for the info! I got the "Unlimited" membership yesterday, so I hope, for my sake, that the cap thing is just a rumor.

you'll find out if it is or not IF Giga kicks you off(suspends your acct/ your download speeds suddenly slow down dramacily)
