When the disc is in the pc explore the contents of the drive it is inserted in and you should be able to copy and paste the items

neither exploring the disk drive or tryin to rip from windows media player worked. when i tried to explore the drive, system kept jamming. when i opened WMP i could see various albums in now playin but when i attempted to copy music nothing happened.
thats why i was confused, have done it before both ways you mentioned but wouldnt work this time.

any other ideas???

re-ripping an MP3 disc will result in loss of quality

thats interesting, didnt realise that man thanks.........

Bruze is theres an issue here maybe we should start at the begining!!

what are your pc stats?
operating system?
Apps that you have have?
what discs have you been using to burn your mp3's on to?
when did you discover that you couldnt do this?
have you tried to doa restore to an earlier time to see if this fixes the issue?

let us know and we might have to take this one at a time to see what the prob is.............

i know you have been through these steps before but can you humor me.

1.Put the disc in the drive
2.right click the drive letter the disc is in
3.1st go to properties and tell me if the disc can be seen and how much info is on it?
4.if you can see it,now go explore disc
5.IF you get to open the disc , highlight all files together and then copy and paste them to your hard drive.
6.Is the disc scratched or dirty?
do you get the error now ??????????????

You might have to try to recoverr the disc with isobuster to get the data to your hard drive.....just a thought
