Hello,

I had a previous problem of the show I've downloaded being too big for my TV-screen. It didn't help changing the settings on my TV screen.

Someone told me that the person having put the files online haven't changed the size on the files(??..).. Suggestion was to use TMPGEng 3 to change the display size.

I've never used this software before, so a bit overwhelmed on how it works.. (was told it's easy...). I'm "converting" one of my files now, but not absolutelty sure I've done it right..

The original file is an AVI-file. it looks like it's being converted into an mpeg-file... do I do as normal, convert the MPEGfile to DVD-file with my WInAviVideoConverter (DVD-player doesn't accept DivX-files)?..

In short... : can anyone take me through the process of converting my file(s) so that they fit on my tv-screen.

I live in Norway, so we have the PAL system... :)

The file I'm testing now has been converting for over an hour, and only reached 61%... is this normal? My computer is brand new...

Hello,

Didn't understand much of the TMPG-software.... Figured out I could do it with my WinDVDVideoConverter when pressing the "adcanved"-button...

so, yes, it's working now :)....
