Problems backing up prince of persia two thrones

hi there, i have tried backing up prince of persia the two thrones with alcohol 120% & game x copy. but dosen't back up, when it gets to about 90% it gets an error. Can any body help me out.

If it gets to about 90% when reading the original then i'd say that your disc is scratched up or something.. check the undersaid of the disc for scratches.. give it a clean too. Then try it again... I don't have any experience of the programs you mentioned, but you could try DVD Decrypter too... if none of them work, then there's another option.
use iso buster to extract the game files and rebuild the game with Nero or cd dvd generator... you can find info about rebuilding in the sticky threads at the top of the board (that's the only other way I know of getting an iso from a scratched disc maybe)

I just tried out the two thrones, and essentially I could determine that there is no need for rebuilding the image. Just start DVD Decrypter, press read iso, and then backup the image with Alcohol 120%. Problem solved. Works like a charm...

nobody said that there was a need for rebuilding the image.. i was trying to determine if the op was having trouble with it reading the disc..in which case he could maybe use iso buster to get the files off the scratched disc that won't read...and then rebuild it to get an iso so that he could burn it.
