wanted to see if anybody knows where to buy a benq 1640. I've looked at newegg and other places but cant seem to find it. Thanks for the help guys!

Her are some store that list them as in stock. I don't know

thanx bluto! what about the 1620,whats the difference between the two. Is it major or are they about the same?

I'm not sure about all the difference, but the 1640 will write
double layer media at 8x while the 1620 will write at 2.4x.
Maybe some one else can tell you more.
