HI, I have made a CD containing 1 save. When I boot it says "Welcome to ps2MENU, please wait..." I have waited more than 10mins nothing happens. My ps2 is one of that slim thing(scph-70004) and has a modchip. Can any1 help?

@Everyone Reading this - MAKE SURE YOU USE THE SAVE, THAT IS THE SAME REGION WITH THE GaME YOU ARE USING!! MAKE SURE YOU BURN IT WRITE ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE THE DUMMY FILE!

@rmz - Mine does it too, just wait and it should load.
@xrefuzex & molehole- Yes , It should work with cd. Just use CD/DVD Gen instead of the PS2 CD thing,

Yeah it didnt save for the longest time. ecopied it again a few weeks ago and it worked.

It still dosnt work it just says please insert PS2 format discand I don't have a modchip or swapmagic.

Are there any games that this method will not work on?
I'm curious because I've gotten a save for GTA: Vice City converted, patched, and on my memory card, but it doesn't recognize the save whenver I try and play Vice City and always starts at the beginning of the game. Looking over my memory card's data, therw was a 3 kb file listed as "Corrupted Data," but I deleted that and still no go with the GTA save.
Any help is appreciated.

Can I use winHIIP to put the image on my hdd? Then boot it up with HDLoader and extract to memory card. Seems plausible right? I don't know why mine isn't booting, maybe it's because it's a CD, and my PS2 may not read CDs. Do I need Swap Magic?

Alright I got it to boot off my hdd, but I don't see the save...Also, because I'm running it off my hdd, the active volume says like :hdd...something....something...I dunno. I don't know how to get it to copy to the MC, because right now I think it's copying to my hdd. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
