Since im only getting my laser fix in about 3 days, so my question is: Is it safe to play a dvd+r platinum backup for about 2 hours without worrying that my laser will fry?

EDIT: Im using a Ps2 slim edition version 7008 with a mars mod chip.

whats the manufacture code on that disc (dvd decrypter will tell you)?

I really dunno since i just gave my disc to a friend and he backed it up for me, but it's a bit late to call him now and since im going to give my ps2 for the laser fix installation tomorrow morning i really cant tell ya.
