Dragon Quest 8 Corupt File!

Hi,
I downloaded a winrar file of dragonquest 8, it took me 36 hours, and now when i get to the extracting, about 40% of the way through, it says corrupt file. Does anyone know a way of fixing this?

run the sfv file checker to find out which rar is damaged,and re-download it,using azureus
