I 'm trying to copy a dvd or rather two dvd's i keep getting an I/o error any suggestions Thx goodchef

what progams are you using, the specs on your computer including model # of burner & the make of your disks??

hi we are using fujifilm dvd plus r 4.7gb/120 min the player is a centrois 16x16 dual layer I have used this before to burn but I recently had to wipe my hd and reinstall windows, when I tried to burn a movie last nite I got the i/o error. Thats when I asked for help before I got upset and made changes I couldn't fix. Your reply was quick and I thank you for taking the time to help regards goodchef

we are using DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter and Nero as the burn program again thanks goodchef

Nero - a-ha.....

...let's have LAST section of your Nero log which lives in c:\program files\ahead\nero\nerohistory.log but DO NOT post your serial number which usually begins with '1A21' or similar.

You can differentiate sections via this section divider "====== *** Nero-Burning Rom, History File *** ======"
