When i Try Rebuilding The Iso With Apache2 It Sticks On 100% And Just Freezes There So I Cant burn the game with dvd decrypter because i dont have an iso

Try using IML2ISO instead of Apache to build the iso. You can get it at www.ps2nfo.com. It hasn't let me down yet.

here is how I rebuild games
May work may not but it's worth a shot
1) Make a Iso with DVD Decrypter Iso Read Mode
2) Open the Iso in ISO Buster and extract files to a Dir of your choice
3) on the Left side where it says ISO in red right click and select Dir tree and file info , List tree info in TXT file then LBA RELATIVE PATH and save the file to the same Dir
4) Edit the files in that are extracted in the Temp dir (if needed)
5) Open CDGEN go to Advanced import tree file from ISO Buster open the filelist.txt file that Isobuster created
Click Vol enter the SLUS*.* that you see
Click IMG Save as a ISO and give it a name it will create an Iso for you that you can now burn
Hopefully this isn't to confusing and will help you or someone rebuild some games

Looks likely eh? You know, it could be your burner. What brand is your burner?

m not sure but here is the reason
my pc is infected with so much virus crap its been messing with burning stuff so i have been burning my d/l to a dvd and rebuilding them on my friends laptop so thats why i have no choice to rebuild it because i cant just copy the iso with DVD Decrypter because the laptop wont accept files over 4gb

Oh ok, I see now. The laptop's HDD is formated with the FAT32 file system, so it doesn't accept single files over 4GB. DVD Decrypter can split the files so that you won't get that error.
Open up Decrypter, go to TOOLS>SETTINGS, then under the ISO Read Mode tab, will be an option to split the files every X amount of MB/GB. It's the first option in a dop-down list. Before I started backing up PS2 games, I read on a web site that its best to split the files at 2GB. Also, click to put a check mark in the box for Create MDS File, its under the same tab. And be sure to select the .mds file when you go to select your game to burn.
