So I just downloaded Resident Evil Outbreak and I was able to make a copy to play. But only one problem stands,whenever I start to play these horizontal lines of static or something just spams its vertical movement. I don't know if it's my PS2 or the file? Can som1 plz help me? Thx!

You are trying to play a PAL game on a NTSC TV or vice versa.

I have not much of an idea of what you are saying. What is a PAL game? What suggestions do u have to fix my problem? Thx very much.

PAL game is a european game, they have a different kind of TV over there so it's not properly compatible with your TV. You can look for the patch or something around these forums that convert it to NTSC but when you patch it the bottom part of the screen maybe cutoff and you will need to patch it with some y-fix for that too, but I have read that some people after patching have loading problems. Your other solution would be to look for an NTSC version of the game instead.
