I have a pal ps2 console and mx vs atv unleashed nstc, and i want to play it online.
i used dvd decrpyter and image patcher to change the id, but it didn't work it came up with a new error message (-833)region.
wat do i do now.

I think that to play that game online you would have to change your console ID. I've seen one or two threads on here about it the last few days I think... that's the only way you'll be able to play that game online. do a search for something like change console ID or similar, also have a look in the FAQ's by tokijin, he might have something in there about it.. there's a link in my sig or it's in the stickies at the top of the forum.

When you say that you changed the id, do you mean the DNA$ or the actual machine id?
If you tried changing the machine id and it still didn't work, I won't be much help.

I think he means the DNA$ jamaal...
I don't know about changing console ID or anything as I backup from originals in my own format.. maybe you can link him to something or explain the procedure?

i try to play a game like smackdown vs raw 2006 and its copied, i need a online code or something WHAT TO DO MAN!!

You will need to patch the DNAS id into the copy. I'm sure that the DNAS is here if you do a search and you'll also be able to find out how to patch it.

Heres on how to patch with winDIP,
WinDIP 1.7
If you dont have the disc ID you need to search the afterdawn forums.
The disc Id your patching the game must be a valid disc id.
Step 1.) Open WinDIP and "Select Image File" (the game .iso or what ever other format you have it in).
Step 2) After That, Click Scan File. This Will Scan The .Iso or whatever the file is for DNA Files. Then Click Verify Version.
Step 3) Then You Must enter the Disc ID to the Game and Hit Patch. Then Hit OK Then Burn with DVD Decrypter.
You have now patched the DNA ID Code and you can play online with your backup

i got id changer burned onto cd and i also burned paradox id changer on cd too. im using swap magic cd v 3 with flip top lid, but neither of them will load up in the ps2.
does anybody no wat im doing wrong?

If I'm not mistaken, the cue file should tell your program what to burn on to the cd. Have you tried burning it with Clone CD?

getting it burned, i don't think is the prob, i think its the files im putting on.
should i put both cue and bin files on 1 disc
or just burn 1 of them???????

Use Nero Burning Rom, Press Recorder, than Press Burn Image.... Click on the BIN File. And burn it, simple as that

some please help this is driving me bananas i just cant get it.
i burned of about 8-10 discs now using Nero, clone cd, dvd decrpyter.
and still none of them will load in the ps2 using swap+fliptoplid.
i got paradox id changer and machine id changer none will work.
some body please im begging help me. please. tks

If you burn it on a CD, remember to boot it up with the cd version of swap magic. NOT the DVD version of swap magic

i wish this was simple.
i burned the bin files onto dvd disc and used dvd swap disc and put it into ps2 and it still didn't load. swap magic came up with the message not valid ps2 disc, insert bigger toc disc.
i dont think im ever going to get this to work.

.bin is almost always a cd image and not a dvd image.

there is like 10mb to much to fit onto an 80min cd. could this be my prob????????

if the .bin file is 710mb then it's fine to burn to cd. just open up Nero go to "burn image" (or something along those lines, not home right now so I can't check) then choose the .cue file and burn.
