hi, can somebody please tell me what the best p2p tool is because my limewire just stopped working recently so i'm trying to find another tool. I've also got shareaza, but it's not that good and fast at getting those rare songs and programs. Please can someone help me? Thanks.

Wonderful program.

But limewire (pro) is probably the best of them all...what has actually gone wrong with it?

For programs I recommend you get started with bittorrent

Here's a little quickstarter:

1) Get a Client -

Azureus If you have a fairly fast Computer, the download of which can be found here~

µTorrent If you have a fairly slow Computer, the download of which can be found here~

Other Clients you could try~

Bitcomet ~ http://www.bitcomet.com/

2) Get Peerguardian 2~

This is extremely important because it stops many major corporations from connecting to your computer. Consequently, this means less chance of you getting caught aout and possibly sued by the RIAA

[Make sure you keep this running at all times when downloading using any P2P/Bittorrent Clients]

3) If you have a Router, you will need to forward your ports. Here is a great tutorial on how to do so by techniique~

4) You are ready to search the torrent sites.
~ Here is where you actually search for your torrents to download

Here you will find programmes aplenty.
