Can the mods sticky a thread of games that have more than 4.7 GBs and that has to be rebuilt, it would really help if there was a list...Thanks.

It may not be stickied, but there is such a list. My FAQ which contains such a list is stickied. Search a little next time.

Is it possible, instead of rebuilding these, just burn it on a DVD-9 yourself?

Yes. But only if you have a modchip that supports DVD-9 games like the Matrix Infinity or DMS 4, or HD Advance 3.0. Swap Magic doesn't support DVD-9 games, you'd have to rebuild it to DVD-5.

I posted a list. The only recent DVD-9 games I know of is 50 cent Bullet proof. Very few games are DVD-9. If you aren't sure about a particular game, search.
