my printer won't print anything. The paper feeds through but no ink come out on the page. All wires are plug in correctly. Printer software was re-installed. And, I have tried very "help" & "troubleshoothing" tool on the computer.

Any suggestion?

Clean the printer cartridges with 99% isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab.

If not, they may be out of ink.

If they have plenty of ink, and still will not print, send a request to their tech support...if it's a cheap printer, simply replace it as you'll spend 10x the money on ink then you would getting a better printer.
