Using Blubster on more than one computer???

Is it possible to to run more than one instance of Blubster or Piolet, on the same network? Is 41170 the only port that they will accept in a router config? It seems that I can only get it to run on one pc at time.
I tried to use the same port setting for each ip address but it doesn't work.
