I accidently remove the torrent I was seeding.How do I seed it again?

U still using that Azureus?, if u are,

~Go to file tab
~Open
~.Torrent File (for seeding)
~point to where your fully downloaded file is
~The bittorent tracker will check the files you have, conclude you have them all and switch to seeding mode.

I would make the evolution into Bitcomet or Utorrent. Fast and efficient and not a HUGE resource hog like Azareus.

I have ”Torrent but I never use it because it doesn't give me the same speeds that Azureus gives me.That's the same with BitComet too.
