what has happened to black cats torrents thay were all there last night and now must of em has disappared as if the site has been reset
and i was downloadin a game off of there and now its cumming up with tracker response error;peer expired-restart the torrent.
now what the hell is that suppose to mean

It means what u said, the tracker had to re start its server, and u need to re d/l ur torrents.
