is this pc going to be used for gaming or what? I would go with a antec powersupply they are a good psu brand. Possibly even change the cpu a lil bit and go with a AMD 64 3200. What about ram I didnt see anything on your post about ram. Depending on your budget I would recomend 512mb for ram Or if money is not an issue than go with a 1gb stick of ram. here is a link to this cpu you might want to check it out http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103535
I hope some of this info helps you out.

I would go with that 3200 I have one and it encodes great. The 3200 also games pretty good. Your gona want to get a video card though if you want to play graphic extensive games.

One more question, if I may: If I go with the AMD 64 3200 and I decide to get a 1Gig memory stick, what exactly do I need? 1024MB DDR ? Certain numbers go with these memory sticks that would correspond to the 2000MHz FSB right?

It looks good although ya might want to add another harddrive...then ya can run a raid setup. Which will increase gaming and encoding performance. Also the cpu ya picked has a cooler that comes with it. Unless ya planning to overclock the stock heatsink is fine as long as ya have good circulation so you can save 20.00 bucks.

Also add a few case fans to ya budget. Two in front blowing in...two in rear blowing out...one on top blowing out....and one on side blowing in is a good setup.!:>

looks good like ozzy said the fan thing is a great thing to do. It will keep air circulating through your pc. Other than that it looks good.
