what should I burn my RVBM file onto?

Hi guys, I have a 550Mb RVBM file and was wondering whether I should burn a VCD or a DVD out of it? and which prog should I use? I have Alcohol 120, DVD-decrypter, DVD-lab and DVD-shrink. any of these would do the job? thanks in advance!

I am presuming you mean RMVB(Real Media Variable Bitrate) file, if so, try this link,
